How do I log in and access my business profile?
1. Visit the Brooklyn Pull login page.
2. Use your Pull City account credentials to log in. (If you’re a verified community member, your profile should already be active.)
How do I review or update my business information?
1. After logging in, go to your Company Page.
2. Click on the Info tab to update your company name, description, images, and searchable tags.
3. Keeping your information fresh helps more customers find and trust your listing.
I’m not listed in the directory. How can I be included in Brooklyn Pull?
If your business is located in DUMBO, you’re welcome to be part of Brooklyn Pull! Our directory is open to all local businesses — from shops and restaurants to studios and service providers. To get listed, just send us a quick message at hello@pull.city, and we’ll take it from there.
How do I add products and services?
1. Go to the Products and Services tab.
2. Add your offerings, including descriptions, pricing, inventory, and suppliers..
3. This makes your business more discoverable in smart searches.

What is the AI Profile and why should I complete it?
Your AI Profile acts like a custom briefing for Brooklyn Pull’s smart assistant.
It helps the AI better understand your business, so it can match you with customers searching for what you offer.
How do Smart Contact Buttons work?
Smart Contact Buttons appear alongside your listing in AI-powered searches, making it easy for customers to connect with you instantly.
You can set these up in the AI Tools tab.

Yes!

I don’t have an online store. Can I still sell products?
Yes! You can enable transactions directly on Pull City without needing an external storefront. If you already have an online store, you can easily link your existing products instead.
