Businesses, here’s how to get the most out of Brooklyn Pull.
Brooklyn Pull is your neighborhood’s personal concierge and smart directory—designed to help local businesses like yours connect directly with the people who live, work, and visit your neighborhood. Getting started is easy. Just follow the simple steps listed below.
STEP 1 Log in to your Pull City account. As an authenticated community member, your profile should already be active. 🔗 Log in to your account
STEP 2 Review your profile. Make sure your personal and company information is up to date. This ensures customers can find and trust your listing. 🔗 Review your profile
STEP 3 Connect or create a Storefront. Don’t have an online store? No problem—you can enable transactions directly on Pull City. Already selling online? Simply link your products from your existing storefront. 🔗 Storefront setup
STEP 4 Complete your company listing. Go to the “Info” tab on your company page to review how your business appears in the directory. Add a compelling description, tags, and visuals. 🔗 Complete listing
STEP 5 Confirm Your Team. Click the “Members” tab to confirm which users are associated with your business. This helps manage access and team visibility. 🔗 Confirm your team
STEP 6 Add Products & Services. Under the “Products and Services” tab, showcase your offerings. You can: Add product descriptions, Track inventory, parts, and suppliers Keep everything searchable and up to date. 🔗 Add products & services
STEP 7 Add Your AI Profile. In the “AI Tools” tab, describe your business as if you were briefing a concierge who works for you. This information helps Brooklyn Pull’s AI understand what you offer and better match you with users who are likely to be interested. Need inspiration? Click the “Auto-Generate” button beneath any text field to get a helpful starting point. 🔗 Add AI Profile
STEP 8. Create Smart Contact Buttons. Also in the “AI Tools” tab, you can build smart contact buttons that show up in AI-powered search results. These make it easier for customers to connect directly with you when they’re looking for something specific. 🔗 Add AI Profile
STEP 9 Quickly generate and print QR codes to share your Pull City page with customers in-store, at events, or on printed materials.
